This is a lovely contemporary dance video. Unfortunately, I didn't attend closely enough to the level ratings, and neglected to notice that this was rated "advanced." If you're an advanced beginner/intermediate dancer like me, the pacing of the video will probably be a bit too fast. However, if you truly are an advanced level dancer, and enjoy contemporary dance, I'd advise checking this one out.
